Shipping Policy
We know you’ll want to receive your order as quickly as possible, so we aim to ship your order as soon as we can. The majority of orders in the US are delivered between two to four business days from the shipping date. This varies based on seasonality and where you are in the country, and delivery could be up to seven days after the shipment date confirmation (sorry, Hawai’i!).
As much of our work is seasonal in demand, your order may take between two to three days to process before it ships. This depends on the time of year. The cost of shipping is based on your total order. If you place your order online, it will be delivered by FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. We also accept international orders.
Creative Candles offers expedited ordering for rush delivery. To provide the best shipping service for you, we request that Expedited Orders be placed by 12 PM Central time the day you're wanting product to ship. FedEx picks up at the workshop Monday - Friday; Expedited Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
All Creative Candles products carry a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit. Items will be accepted for return only with prior approval and an issued Return Authorization Number from Creative Candles. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders.
Call us at 1-800-237-9711 and inform us of the circumstance for the return. We will then issue you a return authorization number and provide further instruction. The return Authorization Number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for freight charges and the condition of the returned item.
